The energy certification procedure is carried out in three main phases

1. Energy inspection
2. Creation of an energy audit report
3. Issuance of an energy certificate

Consulting services on the application of the DGNB system and support during the certification process

For the calculation of noise protection projects, depending on the complexity, we use:

• The INSUL program package for air sound insulation calculation of mezzanine structures, vertical partition structures, as well as external walls with construction openings, and for predicting rain noise, i.e. predicting noise levels from the outside to the inside ("outdoor to indoor sound transmission calculator" in accordance with provisions of HRN EN 12354-3).
• BASTIAN program package for calculation of airborne and impact sound insulation of mezzanine structures, vertical partition structures, as well as external walls with construction openings.
• Bruel & Kjaer LIMA program package for calculation of noise levels from road traffic, railway traffic, industrial plant noise, as well as for calculation of necessary traffic noise protection measures (calculation and optimization of noise protection walls).
